I don't have my tracking number

You will receive your tracking number with an estimated delivery date when it has been sent (available in your shipping confirmation email).

What is the delivery time?

For the United Kingdom, your parcel is generally dispatched within 4 to 72 hours maximum and delivered within 5 to 12 working days. If you live in another country or overseas, this time varies according to the usual UK > to your destination.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend and holidays.

My tracking number doesn't work

To track your order please follow this link and enter your order number and the email used to place the order (ex: "X1234" and "myemail@gmail.com") or your tracking number.
